Decoration is logisticswearing a good outfit
ZS Events has been building function hall, wedding and celebration decor in RT Nagar since 2016. The work spans a full range — from a three-hour hand bouquet to a four-day multi-function wedding — and every one of it is planned around the same constraints: what the venue allows, what the light will do, and what the flowers can survive.
We don't treat a hall as a blank wall to cover. A room is a sequence a guest walks through, and the decoration is designed in that order — entrance, aisle, stage — so it resolves rather than just accumulates.
The room is a route
Guests arrive at a door, walk a length of floor, and settle looking at one point. We design entrance, aisle and stage as one sequence, not three separate jobs.
Strung the morning of
Fresh garland work — haar, chonda, gajre — is made the morning of the event and fitted on site. Jasmine loses its form within hours of stringing, so we never work a day ahead on anything worn or held.
Built for the lights that are actually there
We install and check every setup with the venue's own lighting on and off. A stage that only reads under our rig fails the moment the room dims for the evening.
The venue's structure decides the design
Ceiling load limits, adhesive policy and load-in timing are confirmed before the design is finalised — not discovered on installation morning.
